Today there are many challenges in the development and production of prosthesis including:
A key issue is the sturdiness of the product, and ensuring the internal mechanisms do not break. In the event that the inner mechanisms were to be broken, it would require complete disassembly of the product, and would make the lower cost of production less efficient. On the other hand, if the product is too durable, it might cause mobility issues for the patient, and limit maneuverability of the prosthestic.

Biomedical Interview Questions
1. Tell me a suggestion you have made that was implemented in this biomedical field?
a. Discuss my research at Tennessee Tech University, APSU, and work with the Department of Defense. Be sure to express its my own idea that made it to implementation.
2. What experience do you have in this biomedical field?
a. Discuss my academic studies that I conducted in high school and college, as well as my work in research.
3. What is your greatest weakness?
a. My greatest weakness is my over eagerness. I tend to get too excited about certain topics, and thus have to control myself to not become over-extended.
4. What challenges are you looking for in this position?
a. I am seeking to help tackle many of the common troubles faced by amputees, and how to develop new devices to benefit them.
5. Have you ever had a conflict with a boss or professor? How was it resolved?
a. I never have had a major conflict develop between myself and a professor, however I there were small disagreements that occurred. Typically, in a situation such as this, I would set my emotions aside and attempt to reason through the problem in a professional manner.
6. What do you know about us (the corporation)?
a. (I would make sure to conduct research into the corporation, so I could discuss what work the company is doing, and why I am interested.)
7. Why do you want to work with us (the corporation)?
a. (Once again, previous research into what is being conducted so that I may utilize genuine enthusiasm towards to corporation and its work.)
8. Why should we hire you?
a. I am a driven, dedicated worker that has a genuine love for the Biomedical field. I believe that the corporation would offer me the opportunity to make my passion and my education meet.
